Okay, so I'm going with the 'five' theme again, and, by way of a disclaimer of sorts, these things are activities that I consider to be good for me, as a wobbly, neurodivergent, and mentally ill old guy, and should not be taken as any sort of advice.

  • Lying On The Floor
  • Walking The Dog
  • Iyengar Yoga

If you see this, how do you regulate yourself? Even the healthiest and on the ball people need to check out sometimes, life can be hard for everyone, and we all need at least one 'thing'... maybe if it's a bit filthy keep it succinct eh? I know what you people can be like.
